You can order tickets for the
Albertina through the
Albertina Online Ticket Shop. Your tickets can be sent to a mailing address in or outside Austria, or you can access them online for immediate printing
(
Print@Home).
Advance tickets are also sold by Wien-Ticket and at OeTicket outlets throughout Austria.
Partner ticket offices in Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia offer tickets to the Albertina via Eventim Europe.
For Austrian visitors
The Handy Ticket mobile ticketing service is a convenient way for Austrian mobile phone users to avoid lines at the ticket office.
Tickets purchased in advance are valid for use at any time during the opening hours. The ticket holder is entitled to admission to the entire museum, including all special exhibitions and the Habsburg Staterooms.

If you choose to pick up your ordered tickets in person, please note the opening times of the locations where you can do so.
The opening times are shown when you order from the Albertina Online Ticket Shop, and appear on your bill and confirmation
slip. If you pick up your tickets from the Ticket Pavilion next to the Vienna State Opera on the morning of your visit to
the museum, please be aware that the Ticket Pavilion opens at 10 am.
Tickets can be ordered from the Wien-Ticket Call Centre, or at 90 locations in and around Vienna.

Reduced-price admission for certain visitors, including Ö1 Club members, Vienna Card holders, and Austrian citizens performing
military or civilian community service, can only be purchased at the museum ticket desk. Tickets for guided tours must also
be booked at the museum ticket desk. Groups of 10 or more, whether or not accompanied by a guide, are requested to contact
the Albertinas Art Education Department in advance to announce the date and time of their intended visit.
An additional advance-purchase fee is charged.
The purchase of an Albertina Annual Pass entitles you to free admission and direct access without waiting times.
