Visitors with special needs are welcome at the Albertina. All public areas of the museum are accessible without any restrictions.

Wheelchairs and walking aids
are available free of charge at the main cloakroom upon presentation of an ID.
Persons accompanying blind visitors
Admission is free for persons accompanying blind visitors and wheelchair users.
Guide Dogs
Permission to bring along a guide dog is granted after prior application.
Parking
Two parking spaces for visitors with special needs are located at Albertinaplatz, opposite the horse-drawn "Fiaker" carriage stands.
Toilets
Barrier-free accessible toilet facilities are to be found at Level 1 at the entrance to the Propter Homines Hall and at Level -1
In collaboration with the WITAF, the Albertina is offering, guided tours for the hearing impaired, in sign language. The guided tour is presented by one of the Albertinas art educators and accompanied by an SL interpreter.
