CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE ALBERTINA


Two and a half hours of creativity, fun and art: enjoy an exciting hands-on tour of the current exhibitions and Habsburg Staterooms, then celebrate in the colourfully decorated Format Werk studio, and after the refreshments, "learn it by doing" in one of the following workshops:

 

Technique (current exhibition and Habsburg Staterooms)

  • Action Painting
  • Printmaking
  • Photography (seasonal)*
  • Painting (special: water colour)
  • Sculpture

Style (permanent collection "Masterpieces of Modernism. The Batliner Collection")

  • Impressionism
  • Expressionism
  • Cubism
  • Surrealism

(*suitable for children 8 years and older)

You can either take your art creations home with you after the party or pick them up at a later point in time (advance notice required).

 

Participants: max. 10 children (incl. the birthday child)

Duration: 2,5 hours  

 

Price 

(includes room rental, working material, tableware, decoration, entry fee for 2 adults, tour fee for 10 children, supervision by 2 art educators during the entire event, presents for the birthday child and guests):

Adults accompanying a programme participant can take advantage of a reduced admission price of € 6 if they would like to visit the museum while the programme is underway.
