- Wi-Fi
During your visit, you may use ALBERTINA KLOSTERNEUBURG’s Wi-Fi network free of charge. When sharing your impressions and photos, please do mention @AlbertinaMuseum and #AlbertinaMuseum - we’d love to see what you post!
- SMARTPHONE GUIDE
Selected exhibitions and presentations are accompanied by smartphone guides. These can be accessed on your own device. To do so, activate your phone’s Wi-Fi at the museum and scan the code on the reverse side of the audio guide card; doing so will provide you with access to information, explanations, and recorded segments pertaining to selected artworks at the museum location. You’re welcome to keep your card and stream these segments at home, too. We’ve summarized all information on available productions and languages for you here.
- Group Visit
How do I organize a group visit?
No registration is required. It is not possible to reserve time slots for group visits. You can avoid waiting at the ticket desk or ticket machines by purchasing admission tickets ahead of time via our Online Shop (max. 10 tickets per purchase). Each guest will need an individual ticket. There is no group discount.
May I lead a tour myself or bring along my own guide?
Yes. It is not possible to register for or reserve a time slot for a guided museum visit. Your guide of choice needs neither to register nor to present a business license or proof of qualification. Austria Guides with valid badges are admitted free of charge and do not need a ticket.
I’m coming with a school class / university students / a children’s group. Do I need to announce our visit in advance?
No. It is not possible to register for or reserve a time slot for a guided museum visit. We’ve summarized relevant information on free admission and supervisory responsibilities for you here.
How large may a group be?
We recommend limiting group size to a maximum of 25 persons.
How do I organize a group visit accompanied by an ALBERTINA Museum guide?
Please contact the ALBERTINA Museum’s Art Education Department at least 3 weeks prior to your visit at either T +43 1 534 83 540 (weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.) or . We’ll arrange an appointment with you. You’ll then receive an e-mail confirming your appointment that summarizes all of the relevant details (date, time, exhibition, tour duration, tour language, onsite contact person with mobile phone number, program content, costs, meeting place, number of participants, chosen payment method). You can cancel a booked tour free of charge up to two business days prior to the tour date.
- Café
The ALBERTINA KLOSTERNEUBURG museum houses its own, artistic, minimalist café in white and red with seating by Charles & Ray Eames and a large work by Karel Appel. foodaffairs is responsible for the restaurant's catering: in addition to the range of drinks with a wide selection of teas, there are also homemade lemonades as well as snacks and pastries available.

- Changing tables
Changing tables are available in the barrier-free all-gender restroom on Level 1.
Nursing is not permitted in the exhibition itself. Please approach one of our museum attendants; they’ll be happy to show you to a quiet area.
