Parking spaces for private cars are located directly outside the building.
By bicycle
The Danube Cycle Path runs directly past ALBERTINA KLOSTERNEUBURG.

All public areas of the museum can be accessed by people with disabilities.
Parking
The general parking area includes 2 parking spaces for people with disabilities. The parking area is paved and unroofed.Entrance
The main entrance is on the ground level. Doors swing to the outside (doorway width: 100 cm).Tickets
There are two ticket machines that can be used by individuals in wheelchairs. Please speak with the personnel onsite if you wish to pay in cash. Accompanying individuals are admitted for free.Cloakroom lockers
Cloakroom lockers can be used free of charge and feature barrier-free access. You will need a € 1 or € 2 coin. Alternatively, tokens are available on location.There are 2 wheelchairs plus walking aids and portable stools that may be borrowed free of charge in return for leaving one’s ID at the main cloakroom counter. Seeing-eye dogs / Assistance dogs
Certified seeing-eye dogs and assistance dogs may be brought into the museum upon presentation of the corresponding ID. In the interest of facilitating optimal assistance onsite, prior notice is requested.
Toilets
Barrier-free toilet facilities are located on the upper level. (2 swinging doors with doorways 90 cm wide, room dimensions: 170 x 210 cm)
Elevator
ALBERTINA KLOSTERNEUBURG shows artworks on its ground level and upper level. Access to the ground level is barrier-free. The upper level can be reached via a cabin elevator (door width: 100 cm; cabin dimensions: 210 x 110 cm).
