Paid street parking is available all around ALBERTINA MODERN.
Paid parking spaces are available at the Kärntnerringgarage, Kärntnerstraße Tiefgarage, Palais-Corso-Garage, Karlsplatz Garage, and Parkgarage Opernringhof.

- BARRIER-FREE ACCESS
All public areas of ALBERTINA MODERN feature barrier-free accessibility.
Platform elevators (120 x 170 cm) will take you to your desired level. These are also suitable for transporting electric wheelchairs (500 kg max.). In order to use all platform elevators on your own, you will need a EUROKEY. If you do not have a Euro-key, please ring the bell; an ALBERTINA MODERN employee will be happy to come and assist you.
ALBERTINA MODERN is equipped with automatic hinged doors (clearance width: 190 cm). All hinged doors open only towards the outside, which means: in the direction that leads out of the building. Each such door opens automatically and can also be opened manually using a button on the wall.

Barrier-Free Access to Exhibitions at ALBERTINA MODERN
The building’s main barrier-free entrance faces Musikvereinsplatz.
A platform elevator will take you to the level of the main entrance. Please use your Euro-key or ring the bell.
The main entrance features an automatic hinged double door.In the Small Foyer, a platform elevator will take you to the level of the stairwell. From there, you can reach the ticket desks and the shop as well as the ground floor exhibition hall and the elevator (clearance width: 110 cm, cabin floor space: 185 x 270 cm).
Main Elevator
The main elevator elevator (clearance width: 110 cm, cabin floor space: 185 x 270 cm) takes you to- the cloakrooms on level -1:
These cloakrooms feature a barrier-free design. Cloakroom lockers can be used free of charge. To use these lockers, you will need to insert a EUR 1 or EUR 2 coin or a token as deposit.

Gathering areas
Should an evacuation be declared, ALBERTINA MODERN has two gathering areas, each of which is equipped with an emergency call button and an intercom:- at the ticket office / shop
- in the ground floor exhibition hall by the emergency exits leading to Bösendorferstraße
Wheelchairs and Walkers
Folding wheelchairs are available for free with your personal ID as a deposit. Please ask the museum employees at the ticket desk.
It is permissible to use your own walking aids (wheeled walkers and canes without metal tips) as well as portable stools.Audi Guides
