Andy Warhol to Cecily Brown
From the Collections of the Albertina Museum
Until 20 February 2022
Andy Warhol to Cecily Brown presents artworks created from the second half of the 20th century to the present. Around 40 works by artists including Roy Lichtenstein, Mel Ramos, Katharina Grosse, Liliane Tomasko, Monika Kus-Picco and Andy Warhol represent the broad diversity of post-1945 artistic stances.
Key works illustrate international trends running from pop art to abstraction and from color-aesthetic to political themes, thereby exemplifying the multifaceted artistic output of the past several decades.
The exhibition is on view from 12 December 2021 until 20 February 2022.
