We will book your desired tour date when it is available. In this case you will receive a booking confirmation which you can cancel up to two working days before the day of the tour without any charges. If you cancel the tour after this time period we have to charge 90% of the total amount of the booked tour. If your desired tour date is not available anymore we will contact you with alternative dates. The art education of the ALBERTINA Museum will reply to your inquiry within two working days.
